Far as I’m concerned, my only “duty” in life is to take responsibility for myself and avoid being a burden to anyone else. I expect the same of every other grown (wo)man capable of providing for her/himself.

The nice thing about feminism is it puts men and women on equal footing. If women get to enjoy all the benefits traditionally reserved for men, they also get to be held accountable to the same standard. Accepting any less is what we call eating one’s cake and having it too.

That’s all well & good to say. But given that currently only a woman can be pregnant & give birth, there are some work-accomodations that should be given, and frequently are not.
